We endured a rough start at the hotel, being sent to an alternate property with uncomfortable accommodations after an arrival mix-up. While the staff at both hotels were accommodating, the experience was marred by lack of proper communication and the subsequent hotel’s poor condition. However, we appreciated the attentive service and the effort made to address our issues. Overall, there were significant setbacks, particularly with the room quality and handling of our situation.

My stay at the JW Marriott in Grand Rapids was absolutely delightful! The staff provided top-notch, personalized service that made us feel right at home. Our room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family getaway. The location was ideal for exploring local attractions, but the dining experience left a bit to be desired, particularly at breakfast. Overall, it was a lovely stay with only minor room for improvement.
